Tr\u00e8s souvent souvent consomm\u00e9 ensemble, Ils peuvent \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9ment selon les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences. C\u2019est un plat particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 lors des grandes f\u00eates au Burkina-Faso. Cependant, sa pr\u00e9paration s&#8217;av\u00e8re compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.<\/p><p>Nous vous proposons une recette pour la pr\u00e9paration du zamnin et celui du Pigri.<\/p><p class=\"has-x-large-font-size\">             Zamnin<\/p><p>Ingr\u00e9dient pour la r\u00e9alisation de ce met local :<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0      Zamnin<\/p><p>       Eau<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Potasse<\/p><p>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Zamnin : Trier d&#8217;abord les impur\u00e9t\u00e9s et laver proprement. Mettre la marmite au feu avec un peu d&#8217;eau en fonction de la quantit\u00e9 du zamnin, ensuite renverver le zamnin et laisser bouillir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 cuisson. <\/li>\n\n<li>Une fois la cuisson est compl\u00e8te, il est ensuite recueillis de la marmite pour \u00eatre laver \u00e0 nouveau.<\/li>\n\n<li>Suite \u00e0 tout ceci, on bouillie le zamnin pour une deuxi\u00e8me fois. Lorsqu&#8217;il commence \u00e0 bouillir on fait le dosage avec la potasse et l&#8217;on laisse mijoter pendant 1h \u00e0 2h maximum.
